Refunds and Exchange
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 3 DAYS of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. We are unable to exchange or refund customised printed shirts

We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. As Oldies Unlimited cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in the Shipping policy section; every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct.
Cancellation of Order
You may cancel.Once you have notified Oldies Unlimited that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited from your credit card will be re-credited when we receive the goods into our returns department, and, in any event,within,3days of the cancellation, provided you return the goods in the original condition and we are satified that it is the original item sent.Oldies Unlimited, will make any other refunds necessary.THIS WILL ONLY APPLY TO MAIL ORDER ONLY. Stock Availability
Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sold out due to rarity or unprecedented demand. Where possible these items will be removed from the website, where possible we will offer alternative items on customer approval. If this is not possible, we will place out of stock items on back order and it will follow as soon as possible on a separate delivery. Customers can choose to accept a partially complete order at the time of checkout. If any items are likely to take more than three weeks Oldies will contact the customer to check with whether they wish to proceed with the order. If any items have been discontinued we will endeavour to offer an alternative wherever possible.

Shipping and Returns Policy
- Delivery
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
We shall endeavour to deliver the Goods you have offered to purchase within 3 days after we receive your offer. If there are any delays we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible.
Your order will be delivered by our authorized delivery service XXXXX to the credit card billing address or, if specified on the Order Form, to an alternative delivery address.
Delivery Costs - UK : £ per order up to 5kg / £ per order between 5kg and 10kg
Delivery Costs - Europe & Eire: £ Service up to 5kg
Delivery Costs - Rest of world: Price on application
We can only deliver the Goods to you during office hours, Monday to Friday and we are unable to specify the time at which the Goods will be delivered to you. If you have any special delivery requirements, please email eddieszwarc@btinternet.com 0r phone 24 hr line 07737001566 prior to placing your order and you will be advised if your request can be arranged.
A signature will be required on delivery of the Goods to you. Receipt of a signature at the specified delivery address will be proof that the order has been delivered to you. - Returns
We accept returns via post.
On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return the Goods which we have delivered to you. If the Goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged we will meet the cost of return and (at your option) we will replace or exchange such Goods or we will refund to you the price you paid for the Goods. In all other circumstances, we will exchange the Goods or refund you the amount which you paid for the Goods, but we will not refund any costs to return the Goods to us. This policy is in addition to any statutory rights which you have as a consumer.
No Refunds will be given on CD, DVD, Video,vinyl or Personalised item orders.
Where you cancel this Agreement because you think that the Goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery, please return the Goods with proof of purchase to Oldies Unlimited in the following manner:-- Goods must be adequately sealed in the original packaging. Please note that the Royal Mail may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped;
- Please ensure that you notify us via e mail or letter within package why the items are being returned
- Please make sure that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package (the Post Office do not charge for issuing these certificates).
Please note that, unless the Goods which you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged, you are responsible for the costs of returning the Goods to us.
